To fully enjoy your holidays at Disneyland Paris, it is essential to free yourself from your luggage as quickly as possible. This way, you will be much more free to move around. For this purpose, Disneyland Paris provides two complementary services: Disney Express and the luggage service. The use of the lockers at Marne la Vallée Chessy station is possible but unnecessary thanks to these two offerings.
Disney Express
Disney Express is a paid service that allows you to check in to your hotel and transfer your luggage upon your arrival at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy train station. Upon arrival, you will receive your park tickets, your hotel room card, and your luggage will be taken care of. You can then proceed directly to the parks.
The service is available for all Disney Hotels and partner hotels (except for Davy Crockett Ranch and Village Nature).
Price
The Disney Express costs 18€ per person. The price is not calculated “per room” or “per bag”, but only per person. The service is free for children under 3 years old.
For your arrival at the hotel
When you arrive at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station, go directly to the counter on the upper floor of the station. There, you can check-in to receive your room access card, Disneyland park tickets, and drop off your luggage. Afterward, you can proceed to the parks and enjoy all the magic of Disneyland Paris.
Whenever you wish, you can retrieve your luggage from the luggage service at your hotel, located near the main entrance. Thanks to the Disney Express service, your bags will be waiting for you there.
For your departure
Drop off your luggage at the hotel concierge before 11:00 AM. The Disney Express service will take care of transferring your suitcases to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station. You can then retrieve your luggage at the counter located in the station before boarding your train.

Disney luggage service
The luggage service at Disneyland is extremely convenient and efficient. Indeed, Disney hotel rooms are available from 3:00 PM. In order to enjoy Disneyland parks early in the morning on the day of your arrival, it is important not to be burdened with your suitcases. The same goes for the day of your departure, in order to check out of your room before 11:00 AM without having to worry about your luggage throughout the day. That’s exactly what the Disney luggage service offers, and all of this is free of charge.
The luggage service is very easy to find. It is conveniently located at the entrance of the hotel, on the parking side. So it’s perfect when you arrive by car or shuttle, as you can drop off your luggage before even checking in.

The service is free. You will not be asked for any document.
How does the luggage service work?
When you drop off your luggage, you will receive a numbered ticket for each bag you entrust. A tag, bearing the exact same number as the ticket, will be attached to each piece of luggage.
Whenever you want, you can come to retrieve your luggage. Simply present yourself with your numbered ticket to collect the corresponding bag. It is crucial to keep these tickets with you and not lose them.
The luggage service is open 24/7. In fact, during the night, you can directly ask the reception to retrieve or deposit your suitcases.
Lockers at Marne la Vallée station
Lockers are available at Marne la Vallée Chessy train station. This can be useful if you don’t have a hotel stay but are just spending a day at the parks and arrived by train.
Locker prices
The price of the locker depends on its size. There are three sizes available, so there are three different rates ranging from €5 to approximately €10. The price of the locker is for a 24-hour period.
The number of lockers is limited. They are often fully occupied on days of high attendance and weekends.
